Option A: Delete Instantly Inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to erase your data is directly through the Appointee mobile application. This acts as an automated, immediate wipe of your databases records.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Appointee App on your Android device.
  2. Log in to your active account.
  3. From the main dashboard screen, tap on your Profile Picture / Avatar in the corner of the header.
  4. Inside your profile configuration panel, locate the prominent red "Delete Account" button.
  5. Tap the button and confirm your request.
✨ Real-time Action: Once confirmed, all your personal identities, active appointments, queue sequences, and medical logs are **instantly and permanently purged** from our secure MongoDB servers. This action is irreversible.

Option B: Request Manual Deletion via Support Desk

If you have already uninstalled the application or prefer our administrative team to execute the deletion manually, you can submit a request directly to our support engineers.
